E̜styǟkur Ti̽ Ner (/e̜sˈtjaːkur/ /ti̽/ [shiny] [plastic]) is a subtropical Town located in the Fövnëbës Moot of the Viceroyalty of Rosid.

The name E̜styǟkur Ti̽ Ner is derived from the Wood Elvish language, as E̜styǟkur Ti̽ Ner was founded by Zeshêpí Vimeni, who was culturaly Wood Elven.

Climate

E̜styǟkur Ti̽ Ner has a yearly average temperature of 15°C (59°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a warm 28°C (82°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a cold 2°C (35°F). Overview

E̜styǟkur Ti̽ Ner was founded durring the early 12th century in winter of the year 1130, by Zeshêpí Vimeni. The establishment of E̜styǟkur Ti̽ Ner was only bairly constructed. The sheer number of problems with its founding were enough to make several of the backers funding E̜styǟkur Ti̽ Ner's construction back out of the project. Zeshêpí Vimeni pushed on reguardles, and E̜styǟkur Ti̽ Ner was finished, but starts off as a terible place to live.

E̜styǟkur Ti̽ Ner was built using the conventions of Wood Elven durring the early 12th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and E̜styǟkur Ti̽ Ner is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature masoned stone construction which prominantly features pointed arches, pointed ribbed vault cielings, flying buttress', and window tracery all of which share a simmilar gemoetetic patern halfway between organic and inorganic in design formaing a very distinct aesthetically integrated style. BUildings tend to reach for the havens, and more expencive homes are easily identified by their floor count as well as the addition of decorative features intigrated into the building's design such as statues, gargoyals, and embelished joinery.

E̜styǟkur Ti̽ Ner is buildings are located arround a single restrictive flagstone mainstreet which forms a clockwise spiral to give the town a over all circular shape. The town is protected by a humble stone fence which is tall enough to provide adiquite cover for defenders to fire from, but no more than that. The town's peasent-grade are visibly old, but also obviously well maintained. Its likly the local malishia or garrison are tasked with routine mantance of the town's defences.

Stone exteriors are massive and grandiose in their symmetry; interiors are typically polished and lavishly decorated with sculptures, swags, medallions, flowers, and shields.
